On 30 August 2013,Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Deputy Director-General of TICA,handed over Thai volunteers to Bhutan and had a discussion with president of RCSC on agency of the 2013 Meeting on Development Cooperation between Thai and Bhutan at Bhutan.
