On 2^nd April 2014, Mr. Banchong  Amornchewin, Director of Planning and Monitoring Branch of TICA, presided a Brainstorming workshop to prepare a philosophy and concept of  Development Cooperation of Thailand along with Director of Thai Cooperation Branch I and staff concerned at TICA.
