On 3^rd - 4^th April 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA, headed a Thai delegation, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch I and staff concerned, to participate in a meeting on Project Steering Committee of the project on development of Teaching Thai Language at the University of Phnom Penh at The Kingdom of Cambodia.
