During 8th -  9th April 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA, headed a Thai delegation, consisted of Director of Thai Cooperation Branch I and staff concerned, to participate in a Project Steering Committee meeting of the Project on Development of Phonhong Hospital, at Lao PDR.
