On 12^th May 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA, welcomed Dr. Somkiat Phasy, Director of Information and Communications Technology Center and Education and Sports, Ministry of Education and Sports of Laos PDR and his staff to discuss on the program to observe the satellite distance learning and E-Learning for executives of the Ministry of Education and Sports of Lao PDR along with staff concerned at TICA.
