On 26^th May 2014, Ms. Suchada  Thaibunthao, Director-General of  TICA, welcomed  Mr. Zhang Haihua and Mr. Li Xin, First Secretary, Science and Technology, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the kingdom of Thailand, Coordinator for the Sino - Thai Joint Committee Meeting on Scientific and Technical Cooperation Project and fellowships cooperation on the occasion of Mr. Li Xin is new assignment and Mr. Zhang Haihua is full term of duty in Thailand along with Ms. Angsana  Sihapitak, Deputy Director – General of TICA, and staff concerned at TICA.
