On 16^th June 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA, welcomed policy makers and representatives from four CARD countries (Coalition for African Rice Development-CARD), participating in the study visit/training course on Promotion of Mechanization in Rice Sector for CARD Countries Programme under Thailand-Japan Technical Cooperation, who came to pay  a courtesy call on her, together with Ms. Angsana Sihapitak, Deputy Director – General, Director of Countries Partnership Branch (Bilateral and Trilateral) and staff concerned at TICA.
