On 18^th June 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA, welcomed Dr.Chayan Vaddhanaphuti, Head of Regional Center for Social Science and Sustainable Development (RCSD), Faculty of Social Sciences, Chiang Mai University, who came to pay a courtesy call on her and discuss on the possibility to support scholarships for international postgraduate students on Master of Arts in Social Science-Development Studies (International Programme) at TICA.

           Regional Center for Social Science and Sustainable Development (RCSD) has run Master of Arts in Social Science-Development Studies (International Programme) to improve human resources in Southeast Asia and other regions in development issues, to gain a better understanding of economic changes, environment, and people's way of life. A target group is policy makers, officers, international organization staff, non-governmental organizations, academics, researchers, and etc.
