On 23rd June 2014, Ms. Nitivadee Manitkul, Deputy Director - General of TICA, delivered a speech for the opening ceremony of the course on “Study Visit Processing Technology Value Added Product for Tropical Fruits and Vegetable” for participants from the Republic of the Union of Myanmar at Kasetsart Agricultural and Agro-Industrial Product Improvement Institute (KAPI), Kasetsart University, Bangkok.
The course was conducted under Thailand-Myanmar Human Resource Development Plan 2014 to develop capacity of the officers of the Ministry of Agriculture, Myanmar, in increasing agricultural productivity, especially fruits, to support part of agricultural production of ASEAN as a whole.
