During 21st – 27th June 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director - General of TICA, headed a Thai delegation and staff concerned to discuss with Mr. Kim Young Mok, President of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), on the extension of cooperation and to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between KOICA and TICA on Cooperation in Global Development to strengthen partnership for international development cooperation. On the same occasion, Director - General represented Thailand to attend the Second High-Level Meeting on Country-led Knowledge Hubs (HLM2) held on June 23-26, 2014, together with Deputy Director-General and staff concerned at Seoul, Korea.
The HLM2 aimed to learn successful strategies in developing the capacity of government institutions in regard to the exchange of knowledge among them systematically in order to drive the implementation of development cooperation to be effective.
