On 8^th July 2014, Ms.Angsana Sihapitak, Deputy Director-General of TICA, welcomed Mr. David Oberhuber, Country Director of GIZ Thailand, and discussed on the establishment of GIZ office in Thailand and the detail of the draft agreement of the issue, along with Mr.Wattanawit Gajaseni, Director of Countries Partnership Branch and other staff concerned at TICA.
