On 6^th August 2014, Ms. Angsana Sihapitak, Deputy Director-General of TICA, co-chaired with Mr. Han Jin Sub, Country Director, KOICA Thailand, in the welcoming and handover ceremony of Korean Overseas Volunteers to Thai agencies under Office of the Higher Education Commission and Office of the Vocational Education Commission, along with Ms. Sasitorn Wongweerachotkit, Director of International Organizations Partnership Branch (Multilateral), and other staff concerned at TICA.
