On 25^th August 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA, welcomed Mr. Etienne Woitellier, AFD's country director to Thailand, who came to express appreciation to TICA and to farewell on the occasion of full term assignment in Thailand, and also to introduce Mrs. Ariane Ducreux-Crassous, a new country director, along with Mr. Wattanawit Gajaseni, Director of Countries Partnership Branch and staff concerned at TICA.
