On 20^th October 2014, Ms. Nitivadee Manitkul, Deputy Director-General of TICA, delivered welcoming remarks at the opening ceremony of the training course on Grassroots Economic Development following Sufficiency Economic Philosophy which was organized by TICA in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics, Kasetsart University during 20th October – 21st November 2014, along with staff concerned at the Economic Laboratory Building, Faculty of Economics, Kasetsart University.
