On 24^th October 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA, along with Ms. Nitivadee Manitkul, Deputy Director-General, Mrs. Jitkasem Tantasiri, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch II and officials concerned, welcomed H.E. Mr. Gilberto Fonseca Guimaraes de Moura, Ambassador of Brazil to Thailand, and Mr. Leonardo Antonio Onofre de Souza, First Secretary, who came to pay a courtesy call on her on the occasion of his Excellency’s new appointment and had a discussion on technical cooperation between Thailand and Brazil at TICA.
