During 28^th -31^st October 2014, Ms. Sayan Kongkoey, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch I, headed a Thai delegation, comprising representatives from Ministry of Education, Department of Skill Development of Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Department of Disease Control, Office of the National Economics and Social Development Board, and officials concerned, to attend the 13th Meeting of the GMS Working Group on Human Resource Development (WGHRD-13) which was organized by Vietnamese government in cooperation with Asian Development Bank (ADB) to serve as a forum for discussion on the issues related to human resource development and other common interests of countries in the GMS at Hanoi, Vietnam.
