On 4^th November 2014, Ms. Pensri Chaichalermwong, Acting Director of Human Resources Development Bureau, delivered a welcome speech for the opening ceremony of the international training course on Sufficiency Economy: Learning Organic Agriculture by Doing, which was organized during 3-23 November 2014 by TICA in cooperation with Maejo University at the Office of the Rector of Maejo University, Chiang Mai.
