On 7^th November 2014, Ms. Angsana Sihapitak, Deputy Director-General of TICA, co-chaired with Mr. Yasumitsu KINOSHITA, Senior Representative of JICA Thailand office, in the welcoming and handover ceremony of seven Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV) and Senior Volunteers (SV) to Thai agencies e.g. Department of Social Development and Welfare, Office of the Basic Education Commission of Thailand, Office of the Vocational Education Commission, Ministry of Public Health, the Bangpakong Rehabilitation Foundation for Disabled Persons of Chachoengsao, and other related agencies at TICA.
