On 21^st November 2014, Ms. Pensri Chaichalermwong, Acting Director of Human Resources Development Bureau, handed over certificates and delivered a speech to 17 participants in the closing ceremony of the Grassroots Economic Development (GED) Following Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) International Training Course 2014 which was organized by TICA in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics, Kasetsart University, during 20 October – 21 November 2014 at Economic Laboratory Building, Kasetsart University.
