On 22nd  December 2014, Ms. Angsana Sihapitak, Deputy Director-General of TICA, along with Mrs. Sasitorn Wongweerachotkit,  Director of International Organizations Partnership Branch (Multilateral), and staff concerned, co-chaired  with Mr. Han Jin Sub, Country Director of KOICA Thailand Office, in the welcoming and  handover ceremony of five Dream Volunteers from Korea  as a pilot group to work in Cooking (Baking) for a year from 22 December 2014 to 27 October 2015 at the two Thai agencies of the Department of Skill Development, which are the Office of Instructor and Training Technology Development and the  Udonthani Skill Development Center, at TICA.
