On 13th  January 2015,  Ms. Angsana Sihapitak,  Deputy Director-General of TICA, along with staff concerned, delivered a welcome speech for the opening ceremony on Policy and Strategy workshop on HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control, which was organized  by TICA and JICA in cooperation with the ASEAN Institute for Health Development of  Mahidol University for participants  from CLMV Countries  at Asia Hotel Bangkok
