On 19 June 2015, Mr. Wattanawit Gajaseni, Director of Countries Partnership Branch (Bilateral and Trilateral) of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and related staff had a discussion with Mr. Takuji OKAMURA, Director of First Country Assistance Division of Japan International Cooperation System (JICS) agencies on Agent Agreement and Banking Arrangement of Non Project Grant Aid (NPGA) for next –generation eco – friendly vehicles and for SME’s products project at TICA.
