On 6 July 2015, Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) delivered a welcome speech on an opening ceremony of Capacity Building on Environmental Impact Assessment, conducted by TICA and Department of Environmental Quality Promotion (DEQP) from 6 – 17 July 2015 for Cambodian officials of Ministry of Environment, along with related staff at DEQP.
