On 27 October  2015, Mr. Bangchong  Amornchewin, Director of Planning and Monitoring Branch, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and  Mr. Yasumitsu KINOSHITA, Senior Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), co - chaired the handover ceremony of Japanese volunteers (JOCV) to work for Thai agencies concerned.
