On 17 November 2015, Mr. Vichit Chitvimarn, Deputy Director-General Acting Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), head of the Thai delegation comprising of Mr. Wattanawit Gajaseni, Director of Countries Partnership Branch (Bilateral and Trilateral), and staff concerned, had a discussion with Mr. Kim In, Vice President for Strategy & Planning, Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) on trilateral cooperation and partnership program to provide technical expertise for development to other countries between the Republic of Korea and Thailand at Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
