On 9 December 2015, Mr. Vichit Chitvimarn, Deputy Director - General, Acting Director – General of TICA, welcomed Asst. Prof. Dr. Noppasit Chakpitak, Dean of International College, Chiang Mai University, and staff to discuss for promoting scholarships under Postgraduate / PhD. Program provide to neighboring countries and other developing countries, along with  Mrs. Pensri Chaichalermwong,  Acting Director of International Development Cooperation Bureau for Human Resources Development and staff concerned at TICA.
