Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Viet, Director of Thai center to discuss on guidelines on the implementation of Thai center, along with Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Deputy Director - General, Ms. Sayan Kongkoey, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch I and staff concerned at TICA.
