On 8 February 2016, Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Director – General of TICA delivered welcoming remarks on opening ceremony for the 18th Training Program in Technology of Medicine and Public Health for Health Personnel from Lao PDR, initiated by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. This ceremony was conducted by Mahidol University, Bureau of the Royal Household, and TICA along with officials concerned at Dusit Palace.
