On 26 April 2016, Mrs. Sasitorn Wongweerachotkit, Director of International Organizations Partnership Branch (Multilateral), co-chaired with Mr. Yasumitsu KINOSHITA, Senior Representative of JICA, Thailand Office on welcoming and handover ceremony of 8 Japanese volunteers for working with relevant Thai agencies namely; Princess Chulabhorn’s College Chiang Rai in Chiang Rai province, Satuk Industrial and Community Education College in Buriram province, Chachoengsao Provincial Administrative Organization, Science Based Technology Vocational College in Chonburi province, Sirindhorn National Medical Rehabilitation Institute, Bangseethong  Rehabilitation Center, Nonthaburi Provincial Health Office in Nonthaburi province, Home for Disabled Babies (Bann Fuengfah), Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD). The ceremony was joined by Thai agencies concerned and staff in-charge at TICA.
