On 6 June 2016, Mr. Paisan Rupanichkij, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), delivered an opening ceremony on the 3rd Training Program (TCTP) in the Environment Friendly Rice Production for CARD Countries, Sustainable for Rice Production: Good Agricultural Practices, Technology, Planning and Management for the member countries of Coalition on African Rice Development (CARD)/Francophone, which was organized by Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and the Extension and Training Office, Kamphaeng Saen, Kasetsart University. The ceremony was joined by Mr. Wattanawit Gajaseni, Director of Countries Partnership Branch and staff concerned at Maruay Garden Hotel.
