On 8 June 2016, Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Director - General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) led the delegation to discuss and visit the curriculum instruction based on Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Chiang Mai University and Maejo University, as well as curriculum  management. This occasion was joined by Miss Sayan Kongkoey, Director of Thai Cooperation Branch I, in Chiang Mai province.
