On 21 July 2016, Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Director - General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), delivered an opening remarks on International Seminar on “Construction Guidelines for Standards and Competency Framework of Early Childhood Education” for 24 participants from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand. This occasion was joined by H.E. Mr. Simon Roded, Ambassador of Israel to Thailand, Dr. Watanaporn Ra-ngubtook, Deputy Secretary-General, the Education Council, Dr. Pornchanit Keawnet, Vice President for International Affairs and Customer Relations, Suan Dusit University at Suan Dusit Graduate School Building.

This seminar is part of implementation under the Memorandum of Understanding on Development Cooperation Programme between Thailand and Israel, signed on September 2014 in order to launch a new chapter of technical cooperation under trilateral frameworks of both countries to Thailand’s neignbours and other ASEAN countries in order to share our practical experiences, both lessons learned and successes. This seminar is organized in collaboration with Suan Dusit University (SDU) and co-lecturer by Ms. Sarah Wilner, Deputy Director of the Golda Meir MASHAV Carmel International Training Center (MCTC) of Israel.
