On 29 July 2016, Mrs. Sasitorn Wongweerachotkit, Director of International Organizations Partnership Branch (Multilateral) co-chaired with Mr. Yasumitsu Kinoshita, Senior Representative, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to Thailand, on welcoming and handover ceremony of 6 Japanese Volunteers for working with relevant Thai agencies namely; Office of the Basic Education Commission of Thailand of  Ministry of Education, Social Security Office, Ministry of Labour and Phitsanulok Welfare Protection Center for Victim of Human Trafficking in Person, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (Thailand). at TICA.
