On 15 December 2016, Mrs. Jitkasem Tantasiri, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) accompanied by the Tonga Delegation, headed by  H.E. Ratu Tevita Kapaiwai Uluilakeba Mara, Deputy Private Secretary to His Majesty and responsible for Royal Estate and TICA/Palace Office Tonga Project, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Dnuja Sindhvananda, Director-General of The Office of the Royal Development Project  Board (ORDPB) for the briefing on Sufficiency Economy Philosophy and Royal Concept of the New Theory on  Agriculture Development. On this occasion, Tonga Delegation also paid respect by signing the condolence message to the late His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej at The Office of the Royal Development Project Board, Bangkok.
