On 5 June 2017, Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, jointly with Mrs. Jitkasem Tantasiri, Deputy General-Director of TICA, Ms. Attaya Memanvit, Director of Planning and Monitoring Branch of Development Bureau, and relevant officers welcomed Mr. Héctor Conde Almeida, the Cuban Ambassador to Thailand in and occasion of the newly appointed to the Kingdom of Thailand at TICA Office.
