On March 28, 2022, Mrs. Ureerat Charoentoh, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) visited the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA-Bangkok) at the invitation of ILEA-Bangkok. TICA’s executives were welcomed by Major General Kasemsunti Yoosooksomboon, ILEA-Bangkok’s Executive Director and Mr. Andrew Cunney, Program Director along with ILEA staff. Both sides exchanged experiences on the law enforecment training programmes and explored the possible collaboration on capacity building in potential areas such as drug trafficking human trafficking and cybercrime as well as building networking among law enforcement agencies. Mr. Cheevindh Nathalang, Deputy Director-General and TICA staff also joined the visit.

On this occasion, TICA’s executives were accompanied to see the new facilities of Academy. ILEA-Bangkok is the center of law enforcement training in Asia.
