On 17 September 2026, H.E. Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), welcomed Dr. Anoulak Kittikhoun, Executive Director of the Mekong Institute (MI), who paid a courtesy call on the occasion of his assumption of office, at TICA.

Both sides exchanged views on advancing MI’s work in line with the economic and social development needs of its member countries, strengthening MI’s role as a regional platform for technical cooperation, promoting sustainable development, and exploring opportunities for cooperation with new partners.
