On 20 March 2026, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, welcomed Mr. Suchat  Mongkollertlop, Vice President of the Supreme Administrative Court, and his delegation on the occasion of a courtesy call and discussion regarding a project to establish an Administrative Case Division in the People’s Supreme Court of Lao PDR. The meeting took place at the TICA, with Ms. Chachsaran Lertkiattiwong, Director of the International Development Cooperation Division, and relevant officials also in attendance.

Director-General of TICA and Vice President of the Supreme Administrative Court exchanged views on legal and judicial cooperation, as well as the administrative justice system of Thailand and the Lao PDR. In particular, they discussed the progress of the project.

In addition, they discussed approaches to advancing cooperation activities in 2026 and further enhancing knowledge exchange to strengthen the network of cooperation under the project. In this regard, TICA has continuously supported since 2015.
