On 3 December 2025, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), held a discussion with H.E. Ambassador Nermine El-Zawahry, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and Secretary-General of the Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD), at the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC), Bangkok, on the sidelines of the 7th Asia-Pacific Directors General Forum for South-South and Triangular Cooperation.

Both sides exchanged views on advancing development cooperation in third countries through the signing of a memorandum of understanding between TICA and EAPD on triangular cooperation.
