The mission was conducted at the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Sekong Integrated Vocational Education and Training School, Integrated Vocational Education and Technical Attapeu, Integrated Vocational Education and Technical School Bokeo, and Dongkhamxang Agricultural Technical College in the Lao People's Democratic Republic. These institutions serve as the Learning Centers for Sustaianable Development in Agriculture Based on the Application of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP).

The training programme was conducted for the first time in 2025 and was attended by a total of 18 participants. The follow-up and evaluation mission provided valuable information on how the trainees have applied the knowledge and skills acquired from the programme. It also enabled the delegation to identify challenges and constraints encountered in the implementation of related activities, which will be used to further improve and refine the training curriculum in subsequent years. In addition, the mission observed that the educational institutions in the Lao PDR continue to the Learning Centers  as practical learning facilities for teaching and training Lao students.
