On 21 November 2023, Ms. Patchara Kosinanont, Director of Human Resources Development Cooperation Division of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and Mr. Ryoichi KAWABE, Senior Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Thailand Office, jointly presided over the Handover of Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCVs) Ceremony held at TICA, Government Complex.

The six JOCVs were handed over to the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperative, the Office of the Basic Education Commission and Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology on Disability (APCD).  They will work for two years in the fields of Hair Dressing, Caring for the Elderly, Welfare for Persons with Disabilities, Food Processing, and Business Administration respectively.
