In this regard, UNEP, KOICA Ulsan International Development Cooperation Centre are developing the project on “Greening the Thailand plastic value chain to reduce, recycle and reuse plastic waste.”, with UNEP and the Pollution Control Department as implementing agecies.  UNEP and KOICA's Ulsan Center are of the view that Thailand can be the center for transferring knowledge on solving the plastic waste problem to countries in the region and in ASEAN.

Later, Deputy Director-General of TICA led the delegation to visit the project in cooperation with N15 Recycling Company, "Send Me (Orphan Waste) Home." The project aims to raising awareness and promoting responsible waste management practices among TICA staffs, government agencies who located in the Government Complex and the surrounding community.
