On 15 October 2026, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and Mrs. Hala Youssef Ahmed Ragab, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Thailand, signed the Memorandum of Understanding between Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and the Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD) regarding Triangular Cooperation in Third Countries at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangkok.

The MOU signing took place on the occasion of the Third Thailand-Egypt Joint Commission Meeting and was witnessed by the Foreign Ministers of Thailand and Egypt, together with Thailand’s Minister of Culture.

The MOU provides a framework for combining the expertise and development experience of both countries to support sustainable development in partner countries through knowledge sharing, capacity building and joint activities, strengthening South–South and triangular cooperation.
