On 12 September 2023, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) organized a workshops training for the New Diplomats from Myanmar at Vithes Samosorn (II),Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The session on the morning is the fundamental principles of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP) and the application of these principle in the context of Thailand, the participants were interested in these ideas and believed that they could be applied to their daily lives in the context of Myanmar, Following that the New Diplomats from Myanmar were lectured on the topic of Development Diplomacy and TICA Projects in Myanmar by Thailand International Cooperation Agency. The participants were inquired about the possibilities of future collaboration for other projects as well. 

In the afternoon the New Diplomats from Myanmar were lectured on the English skills that’s the important basic skills for diplomats including Writing Effective Points that the instructor introduced the techniques for writing and sharing the experiences about writing effective point and then they lectured on the techniques of Public Speaking by the instructor from Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA) that Participants are willing and active in learning during the whole training session.
