Partnership with United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)
In order to strengthen economic and security cooperation in the region, Thailand and UNFPA focus its partnership on promoting universal access to reproductive health services, population and development, and promotion of gender equity and empowerment. Partnership projects are as follows:

Making Motherhood Safer (MMS) Cooperation: TICA-UNFPA-Ministry of Public Health dispatched a working group to Bhutan to conduct the situation analysis and the needs assessment on human resource development on mother and child health.

International training course on reproductive health and elderly to developing countries such as China, Lao PDR, Vietnam, Cambodia, Mongolia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, and Timor-Leste

Workshop on sexuality education in schools under the Sexuality Education Programme for sharing knowledge and experiences in the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bhutan, and Thailand.
