On 25th June 2014, Ms. Nitivadee Manitkul, Deputy Director - General of TICA, chaired a meeting to find ways of public-private cooperation in providing assistance to neighboring countries. The participants from private sector included Vice-Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of Thailand, Deputy Secretary of the Thai Bankers' Association, representatives from the Federal of Thai Industries and the Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry, and Banking.
The meeting was held in line with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ strategy which focusing on increasing cooperation between public and private sector to promote Thai investment aboard based on social responsibility and betterment of living standard of people in targeted area.
