On 2^nd July 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA, gave a lecture on “Thailand's relations with other countries through technical cooperation and other mechanisms” in the Sixth Foreign Affairs Executive Programme (F.A.E.P.) which was organized by the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA) for diplomatic executives, high ranking officials from government agencies, and executives from private sector to strengthen their knowledge and diplomatic skills, and leadership and management skills as a country’s representatives in international forum, as well as to increase their competitiveness in international dimension at Devawongse Varopakarn Institute.
