On 10^th October 2014, Ms. Suchada Thaibunthao, Director-General of TICA, along with Ms. Angsana Sihapitak, Deputy Director-General, Director of Countries Partnership Branch (Bilateral and Trilateral) and officials concerned, welcomed Pol.Maj.Gen. Monthon Ngernwattana, Executive Director of International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) who led Mr. Nixon L.
