On 4 June 2015, Mr. Vichit Chitvimarn, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), along with Ms. Pensri Chaichalermwong, Acting Director of Human Resources Development Bureau, and staff concerned joined Assoc.Prof.Dr.Sirintornthep Towprayoon, Director of The Joint Graduate School of Energy and Environment (JGSEE), King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, to be co-chair on a conference on Joint International Postgraduate Program on ASEAN Energy and Environment course at TICA.
