On 4 June 2015, Mr. Singtong Lapisatepun, Deputy Director-General of TICA, welcomed Mr.Piyabutr Cholvijarn, president of the Kenan Institute Asia, together with his colleagues: Mr. Richard Bernhard, Executive Director, and Mr. John de Silva, Director of Cooperate Engagement, to discussed the Institute’s development activities as well as future partnership between the latter and TICA, at TICA.
